Over the last couple of days, we’ve experienced an issue with our core hosting facility in Frankfurt, this has resulted in a small number of players being unable to connect, being unable to log in, or simply having an unstable connection.

We have identified the cause, which appears to be a hardware issue. Whilst previous fixes we have deployed have alleviated some of the associated problems, we are now making repairs to the hardware. This may take some time, but we expect that once the new hardware has been installed, there should be no further disruption to your game.

We do not expect that the maintenance we are performing will cause any disconnections, but just in case, we would kindly ask that you avoid high risk activities on the following worlds:
